The coffee table sets the scale of a lobby group. At 15 in (38 cm) high, the Travertine Drum sits just below the seat of our lounge chairs, so guests can reach a cup without leaning forward awkwardly.
A 1.5 in (4 cm) travertine top overhangs an open black-steel drum frame by about 4.75 in (12 cm). The frame consists of a floor ring about 21.5 in (55 cm) across and four slim vertical flat bars, with a fine brass reveal line between frame and stone. The open frame keeps the table visually light in a busy lobby.
Construction
- Natural travertine top, filled and sealed for contract use
- Powder-coated steel drum frame
- Brass reveal detail; protective glides
Travertine is a natural stone and varies in tone and pattern. A sealed finish resists most spills, but acidic drinks can etch it, so wipe spills promptly. Sintered-stone tops are available where stain resistance matters most.
