Why Lobby Seat exists
A hotel's public areas are where its brand is judged. Guests form an opinion in the lobby within minutes, return to the bar in the evening and meet colleagues in the restaurant the next morning. Yet the furniture for those spaces is often bought in fragments: lounge seating from one vendor, restaurant chairs from another, host stands from a millwork shop. Finishes drift, schedules slip and the designer's intent gets diluted.
Lobby Seat (a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture) exists to build the public-area package as one coordinated order: lobby lounge seating, banquettes, F&B outlet furniture, bar seating, host stands and wall panels from one factory, in one finish system, on one schedule.
How we work with project teams
We work the way hotel projects run. The designer issues the FF&E specification; we review it for constructability and respond with a quote that lists every item, its lead time and any clarifications. On award, we produce shop drawings for each item, send finish and fabric samples, and build prototypes of key pieces on request. Nothing goes into production without signed drawings.
During production we inspect against the approved drawings and samples, photograph completed items, and tag every carton with the project item code and destination area. Typical lead times are 30-45 days for standard designs and 45-60 days for custom work after approval, plus transit, confirmed item by item in each quote.
The factory
We manufacture in our own production base in Lecong, Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong, China. Lecong is the world's largest furniture trading hub, and the timber, foam, fabric, leather, metal and stone suppliers we rely on are close by. That proximity lets us build an upholstered settee, a steel-framed bar stool and a travertine-topped table in one order and load them in one container. We are open about being a Chinese manufacturer shipping direct; for custom hotel FF&E, that combination of factory control and flexibility is a real advantage.
Who we serve
Hotel owners and developers, FF&E purchasing agents, hospitality interior designers and operators of independent and boutique hotels, serviced apartments and resort F&B outlets in the US, Europe and the Middle East.
EASEN project experience
In the broader EASEN business, our team has furnished a Sichuan restaurant in Beijing, the CHIO cafe-lounge in Guangzhou, a Sichuan restaurant in Hangzhou and a hot pot restaurant in Hanzhong. Hospitality F&B spaces like these are where our construction standards were developed, and that experience carries directly into hotel restaurants, bars and lounges.
